New forged brass head and valve caps. The head is completely redesigned thicker to make it stronger and more resistant. The 8 bolts M8 that lock the head onto the crankcase are designed to endure higher pressure and even overpressure. Ultimately reducing the risk from any unloader malfunctions. The steel bolts are corrosive resistant and provide ultimate strength.

Unique design of valve caps M22X1 with recessed o-rings. The thread doesn’t come in contact with water under pressure, therefore eliminating the risk of head failure. Also eliminated is the risk of valve caps loosening, even without the use of loctite. Torque wrench settings are reduced.

Higher reliability of the new packing seal system designed for high speed. A special ‘long-life” self-lubricating ring reduces friction between piston and seal. Thrust ring, reinforced elastometer seal, brass high pressure seal bushing holder, low pressure self-lubricating seal to eliminate piston overheating, even when pump has accidentally run out of water.

New stainless steel plunger rods provide corrosion resistance and ultimate strength. The mirror-finish SS plunger rods have undergone a special Tenifer® nitriting treatment resulting in a harder and smoother surface, drastically eliminating scratching risks that could ultimately damage the oil seal, thus causing an oil leak.
